About the RoleThis position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking eco-friendly solutions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to eco-friendly products.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and post-purchase support.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of sustainable products, promoting environmentally-friendly practices.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's eco-friendly product offerings and initiatives.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or eco-friendly products sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to educate and inspire customers about sustainable living.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Genuine interest in environmental sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.
