Eco-Friendly Customer Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a customer service representative in the eco-friendly products department. This role invites passionate individuals to contribute to a sustainable future by assisting customers in understanding and accessing a wide range of eco-friendly products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries related to eco-friendly products and sustainable practices.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and returns while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement of service processes.
- Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about new eco-friendly products, features, and promotions.
- Engage in proactive communication with customers to promote awareness of sustainable initiatives and products.
- Handle customer complaints empathetically and effectively, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of eco-friendly products and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly advantageous, particularly in the eco-friendly or sustainable products sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers.
- Capable of managing multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices will be beneficial in this role.
