Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential for success in this role.
  • A strong interest in eco-friendly products and sustainability is necessary to drive our business forward.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to solve problems efficiently with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
