Exceptional Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an English speaking customer service representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, handling inbound calls, emails, or live chats, and providing accurate information.
About the Role- Job Description: As an English speaking customer service representative, you will manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identify and assess customers' needs, build sustainable relationships of trust, provide accurate information, meet personal/customer service team targets, and keep records of customer interactions.
- Customer Support Experience: We require proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. You must be fluent in English, have strong focus on customer needs, and understanding of how customers can behave.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills are essential for this role. You should also have strong written skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Relocation Support: We offer full relocation support, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Indefinite Contract: You will have the opportunity to work with us indefinitely.
