We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team in Athens, Greece.

As a Swedish-speaking customer advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting common issues, offering recommendations, and developing strong relationships with our customers.
To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent communication and listening skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Some of the key qualifications for this role include:
- A minimum C2 level of fluency in Swedish;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Good computer skills;
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment.
