In this role, you will be the voice of our company for our Italian-speaking customers, delivering unparalleled customer support and driving sales growth. You'll engage with clients through various channels, ensuring that their needs are met while promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and online chat.
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable products or services to enhance sales.
- Process customer orders and manage inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales efforts in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and optimize sales strategies.
- Remain knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and market trends.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance both customer care and sales skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and proven sales ability.
- Prior experience in customer care or sales roles is a plus.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes preferable.
- Energetic team player with a can-do attitude.
