Job DescriptionYou will engage with Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer support and assistance regarding our comprehensive services and products. Your proficiency in Italian will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Italian, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to our services and offerings, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints with poise and diplomacy, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about available services and guide them in their decisions, leveraging your excellent communication skills.

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and customer experience, driving business growth and success.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
