German Speaking Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

  • As a German speaking customer support representative, you will be the voice of Pandora jewelry to people around the world.
  • You will handle calls, emails and chats in German, providing excellent customer service and ensuring every interaction is positive.
  • Responsibilities include responding to pricing and product inquiries, order status and tracking, as well as handling account and billing issues.
  • Additionally, you will provide promotion support, being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language: Excellent command of German, good knowledge of English.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Great communication skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Knowledge: Good computer knowledge and tech savviness.
