Pandora's jewellery brand is looking for talented individuals to join its Customer Experts team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and have a knack for communicating effectively in English, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle calls, emails, and chats with ease, providing accurate and helpful information to customers. They will also be responsible for responding to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations.
As a brand ambassador, you'll provide promotion support, staying up-to-date on current promotions and new offers. You'll also handle account and billing issues, order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns based on policy guidelines provided through training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to product and pricing inquiries
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions and new offers
- Handle account and billing issues
- Upsell orders and resolve customer complaints
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English
