Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic customer support representative to join our team. As a customer expert, you will be the voice of Pandora's customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Swedish
  • Respond to pricing and product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations
  • Provide promotion support as a brand ambassador, being knowledgeable about current promotions and new offers
  • Handle account and billing issues, along with order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns, based on policy provided through training guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions
  • Turn every customer into a happy customer
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of Swedish
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Ability to multitask and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when/if required
  • Work experience in customer support is considered an advantage
  • A positive and adventurous attitude
