About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- To deliver top-notch customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- To provide accurate information about book availability, orders, and returns, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- To proactively resolve customer complaints and offer tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
- To suggest books and services based on customer preferences and interests.
- To maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Bilingualism in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or retail environments is desirable.
- A strong affinity for literature and reading is highly valued.
- Superb problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms and customer service software is an asset.
