Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service experiences to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and objectives.

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction. You will build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, providing accurate and valid information using the right methods/tools.

You will also meet personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas, keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. Additionally, you will follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience: You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent Italian: You must be fluent in Italian and able to communicate effectively with customers who speak the language.
• Good level of English: You will also need a good level of English to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Strong focus on customer needs: You will be able to identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills: You will be able to communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and listen actively to their concerns.
• Strong written skills: You will be able to write clear and concise communication to customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment: You will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
