As a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers from Nordic countries with their online purchases, product details, and order-related issues. Your excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, will enable you to provide seamless support and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in a Nordic language, handling inquiries related to orders, products, and services effectively.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting order issues, refunds, exchanges, and product information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system to ensure high-quality service and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics and product teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely updates on shipping and delivery.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions, product availability, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage with customers proactively, identifying potential issues and addressing them promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and stay updated on product offerings.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the online retail or e-commerce sector, is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist customers and convey information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced online retail environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for online retail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
