We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team and provide exceptional support for our online event services.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to deliver outstanding service, ensuring a seamless experience when booking and managing their event tickets. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the events industry and have a knack for customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving any issues that may arise during the ticket purchasing process.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests within our CRM system, providing valuable insights to improve our services and offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Analyze ticketing trends and develop strategies to optimize our services and offerings, staying ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with online ticketing and event management platforms.
