Online Ticketing Event Manager

As a German-speaking consultant for online ticketing and event services, you will play a key role in helping clients optimize their event management experiences.
Job Responsibilities- Develop tailored solutions that address client requirements for event management, including consultations on using online ticketing platforms to enhance event success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service offerings based on client feedback and stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in online ticketing and event services.
- Engage with clients in German to understand their ticketing and event service needs, and provide ongoing support and training to clients on industry best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong understanding of online ticketing systems and event management processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or event management is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
