We are seeking a highly skilled Online Ticketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This role is ideal for professionals with extensive knowledge of online ticketing solutions, event management, and excellent communication skills. As an Online Ticketing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support to clients regarding their online ticketing needs. This includes assisting clients in optimizing their ticketing processes and enhancing overall event management strategies.

You will conduct thorough evaluations of existing ticketing systems and recommend effective solutions for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of customized ticketing solutions. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to derive actionable insights for clients, while your excellent communication skills will allow you to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to clients regarding their online ticketing needs.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their ticketing processes and enhancing overall event management strategies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in online ticketing, event management, or a consulting role within the events sector.
  • Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and best practices for event services.
  • Excellent analytical skills, capable of deriving actionable insights for clients.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
