Consultant for Online Ticketing Services

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team in the Online Ticketing and Event Services Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in French (spoken and written), and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer support.

This role involves engaging with French-speaking clients to provide comprehensive assistance with their ticketing and event services needs. As a Consultant, you will guide customers through our online platforms, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable booking experience for their events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance to French-speaking clients regarding online ticketing and event services.
  • Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process, offering tailored recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure accurate and relevant event information is accessible to clients.
  • Monitor ticketing trends and offer insights to enhance services and product offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests within our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an asset.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with online ticketing and event management platforms is advantageous.
