Event Management Consultant

Job Description

As a consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients leverage our ticketing solutions to streamline their event management processes and enhance their overall customer experience.

  • Engage with clients to understand their event management needs.
  • Provide tailored advice on event solutions that best fit client objectives.
  • Assist clients with the integration and management of online ticketing platforms.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure clients make the most of our services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to offer clients the latest insights and recommendations.

Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Familiarity with online ticketing platforms and good grasp of event logistics.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
