Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to Portuguese-speaking customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues related to online retail products and services.
  • Manage customer queries effectively, addressing concerns regarding order placement, payment processing, shipping, and returns.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and company policies to convey accurate information to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers, following up on inquiries to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or e-commerce sector, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers professionally.
