Online Shopping Customer Service Representative

Purpose:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients in the online shopping platforms department.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service via phone, email, and chat addressing inquiries related to online shopping platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, order placements, payment issues, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints providing effective solutions ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the online shopping platform product offerings promotions and company policies.
- Document customer interactions accurately contributing to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns enhancing overall service efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong communication interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle disputes and complaints with professionalism positivity.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational multitasking skills.
- A genuine interest in online shopping and a passion for helping customers.
