Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to online shopping processes and platform features.
- Assist customers with order placement, payment issues, returns, and inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and platform updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and foster loyalty to the online shopping platform.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with customers.
