Online Shopping Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Online Shopping Platforms Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in German, and have previous experience in customer service.
Job DescriptionThis role is focused on providing high-quality support to German-speaking customers, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. As a key member of our customer service team, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer support in German, addressing inquiries related to online shopping and product availability.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Documentation: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to ensure accuracy in order processing and delivery timelines.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, promotions, and updates to provide relevant information to customers.
- Proactive Engagement: Engage with customers proactively and offer personalized shopping recommendations based on their preferences.
- Training and Development: Participate in team meetings and training programs to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in German and strong written and spoken communication skills in English are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in an online retail or e-commerce setting, is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to achieving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage various customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
