Job Responsibilities- Provide Outstanding Customer Support: Assist German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolutions to their inquiries and issues.
- Answer Product and Order Inquiries: Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, and returns, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database, facilitating efficient issue resolution and quality control.
- Solve Customer Issues: Identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to enhance the overall customer service experience, share knowledge, and improve processes.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Trends: Develop and maintain current product knowledge and industry trends to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer empathy and effective problem-solving.
- Technical Skills: Ability to navigate computer software and operate customer service tools efficiently.
