Job Description: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at our client, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients across various sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service in German, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Manage post-sales requests, track orders, and support sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Offer creative solutions and escalate urgent matters when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • C2 level of German (native proficiency is highly advantageous).
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum) for effective communication and documentation.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts from 09:00 to 00:00, including weekends and public holidays.

Estimated Salary Range: €1,300 - €1,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
