Job DescriptionThis role involves providing top-notch support to users of the ride-sharing app through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding account setup, ride bookings, and app features.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints or issues.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and respond to queries in a timely manner.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the tech and operations teams to address complex service issues effectively.
To excel in this role, you must stay updated on app features, promotional campaigns, and ridesharing regulations to offer accurate information.
Collect and analyze user feedback to help improve service quality and overall app functionality.
RequirementsWe are looking for an individual who:
- Has fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Has previous experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or transportation industry.
- Posesses strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor with a customer-first mentality.
- Is able to adapt to new technologies quickly and explain technical concepts clearly to users.
- Is proficient in CRM software and standard office tools.
- Has strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
