- Troubleshooting: Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback regarding online educational products, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and solutions to improve service quality and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the education team to enhance user experience and satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; please ensure your nationality and native language are clearly stated.
- Interest in Education: A strong interest in online education and technology is necessary for success in this role.
- Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required; however, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
