We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Online Learning team as a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to learners in the Portuguese-speaking community through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding online learning platforms and educational resources via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with account setup, course navigation, and technical support for online learning tools.
- Offer guidance on course offerings and help clients select the best educational options to meet their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our educational products and technology to provide accurate information and support.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to aid in service improvement and compliance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the EdTech or online education sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and technology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
