We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional support to German-speaking users of our innovative online learning platforms.
About the Role- Provide world-class customer service through various communication channels, ensuring clients receive premium support and guidance related to our educational products.
- Assist clients with technical issues, inquiries, and feedback, demonstrating a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and solutions to contribute to product improvement and enhancement.
- Collaborate with our education team to further develop user experience and satisfaction.
- Participate in training to stay informed about product updates and industry best practices.
- Florent proficiency in German is mandatory; please confirm your nationality and native language clearly stated.
- A genuine interest in online education and technology is essential for success in this role.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with clients.
