Nordic Speaking Smart Home Technology Representative

- Deliver outstanding support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to smart home products and services.
- Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries to enhance their experience with smart home technology.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of smart home devices.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments and customer service best practices.
- Accurately document all customer interactions for reporting and analysis.
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine interest in smart home technology and a desire to educate customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
