Italian Speaking Customer Support Specialist

As a dedicated and fluent Italian-speaking customer service representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to clients in the smart home technology department. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and a customer-oriented mindset. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues and stay informed about the latest smart home technology trends and product offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer service via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Assisting customers with inquiries regarding smart home products, features, and functionalities
- Helping troubleshoot technical issues and offering solutions to enhance user experience
- Documenting customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborating with technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Required qualifications include fluency in Italian and English, experience in customer service, preferably in technology or smart home sectors, and basic computer applications knowledge. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
