As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting Czech-speaking clients with their inquiries, providing guidance and support related to our innovative online learning platforms.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to Czech-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with technical questions, inquiries, and feedback regarding online educational products.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and solutions to improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with the education team to enhance user satisfaction and experience.
- Engage in training and development sessions to stay updated on product offerings and service techniques.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong interest in online education and technology.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
