Czech Language Customer Service Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Virtual Assistant Department. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email and chat to Czech-speaking clients regarding virtual assistant services.
- Assist clients with inquiries about service offerings, scheduling and task management.
- Effectively resolve client issues and complaints to ensure high level of satisfaction.
- Document client interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with virtual assistants and team members to meet client needs efficiently.
- Educate clients on how to maximize benefits of virtual assistant services.
- Gather feedback from clients to support continuous improvement of services provided.
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in virtual or remote support environment.
- Strong communication skills with customer-centric attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in customer support software and general office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
