Customer Support Representative Job Opportunity

Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers receive top-notch support while enjoying a seamless experience.

You will work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the overall user experience. To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, enthusiastic, and have excellent communication skills.

In addition to providing customer support, you will also be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. This will involve analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through multiple channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about the ride-sharing app, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a tech-related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
