Job Description:
As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and troubleshooting technical issues, while also offering information about available content, features, and promotional offers to enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to Italian-speaking customers via multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, including subscription management and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Offer personalized recommendations on available content, features, and promotional offers to improve customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve streaming issues and improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the entertainment or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
