Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Video Streaming Support Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company, providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with their video streaming needs, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to German-speaking customers regarding video streaming services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively and make the most of its features.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and improve support skills.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service focus with a passion for helping others.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
  • A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and adapting to changes.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
