Customer Support Representative in Logistics & Shipping Department: A Dynamic Opportunity
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery in the logistics sector.
As a Customer Support representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to shipping and logistics services. Your ability to address concerns and provide solutions will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support for logistics and shipping inquiries
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, processing orders, and resolving issues
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely responses and solutions
- Educate clients on shipping procedures and company services
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or shipping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems is an advantage
