Logistics and Shipping Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our logistics and shipping team as a German-speaking customer support specialist.
- Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding logistics and shipping.
Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and providing detailed information on shipping policies and procedures.
Effectively manage customer complaints to ensure a positive client experience and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with internal logistics teams to address complex customer needs and enhance service delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize service offerings.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping sector.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, as needed.
