Supporting Customers in Global Logistics Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our logistics team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Slovak-speaking customers in the logistics sector.
As a key member of our team, you will assist customers with inquiries related to shipping and logistics, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information regarding their shipments. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They have a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and are fluent in Slovak (written and spoken).
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, outstanding problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients in the logistics and shipping sector through various communication channels.

- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the logistics industry.
- Previous experience in customer support or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
