Logistics Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Logistics Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients regarding logistics and shipping services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries about shipments, tracking, delivery times, and service options.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to optimize satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate services and address client needs efficiently.
- Stay informed about shipping regulations and best practices to provide accurate guidance.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within logistics or shipping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
