Logistics Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Logistics Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, providing them with reliable support and assistance regarding their logistics and shipping inquiries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries related to shipping status, logistics, and order management, resolving any issues that may arise in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Proactively resolving customer complaints and providing timely solutions to enhance satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of logistics challenges, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Staying informed about shipping processes and community regulations to provide accurate support, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly within the logistics or shipping industry, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office applications, with experience using technology to enhance customer service and drive business results.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
