A Logistics Support Representative Position in Our Shipping Department

Join a dynamic team as a Logistics Support Representative and take on the exciting challenge of providing top-notch support in logistics and shipping. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and efficient solutions to customers' inquiries related to logistics and shipping services.
- Assist customers with clear and accurate information regarding logistics and shipping procedures.
- Document all customer interactions systematically in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong motivation to provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in logistics or shipping, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
