Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Track and follow cases to guarantee efficient closure.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by representing the brand professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy at all times.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Latvian and Russian languages.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and soft skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer knowledge and tech savviness.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
