Customer Support Experts for Smoke-Free Products

The job entails educating users on how to use and take care of their devices, providing assistance for new purchases, communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have fluency in Lithuanian, very good communication skills in English, exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills, computer knowledge, resourcefulness, and the ability to multitask.
