Job Title: Bulgarian Language Customer Expert
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bulgarian language customer expert. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bulgarian and be able to assist customers with their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide product information and technical support
- Assist customers with purchases through our online store
- Stay up-to-date on new products and marketing initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian (verbal and written)
- Good English language skills
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications)
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
