Financial Expert - Bulgarian Speaker Job Opportunity
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Financial Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experts team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Total Years Experience: 0-5
- Job Languages: Bulgarian
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Bulgarian, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a customer support role. Additionally, they should have a strong interest in digital banking and payment solutions.
Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for customers and clients
- Utilize phone calls, emails, and chats to provide seamless customer experiences
- Provide daily support and consult clients on best practices about their business
- Respond to customer inquiries about our client's new and existing services and solutions, as well as complaints - always in a professional manner
- Resolve issues as they arise - timely and efficiently
- Fluency in Bulgarian
- Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
- Work experience in a customer support role is a plus
- An interest in digital banking and payment solutions is desired
- Complete relocation support to Greece (flight tickets, hotel accommodation, house searching process)
