Customer Service Expert for Product Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Spanish.

- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers to provide product information and resolve technical issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Provide expert advice on product usage, features, and benefits to new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with purchases through our online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, marketing initiatives, and policy changes to provide accurate information to customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Good English language skills
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, Internet applications, etc.)
- A positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Previous working experience in a similar customer service position is an advantage
