We are seeking a skilled Home Improvement Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients in the home improvement and DIY tools sectors.
Job DescriptionThis role is perfect for individuals with a passion for home improvement and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing detailed product information and guidance on usage and maintenance of various tools.
- Assisting customers with product selection, technical support, and order processing.
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or home improvement sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, practical solutions.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
