Our team is seeking a talented Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Home Improvement department. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to Italian-speaking customers.
Job DescriptionAs an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-notch customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries and providing assistance related to home improvement products and tools. You will be working closely with internal teams to ensure product information is accurate and assist with order fulfillment issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that all customers receive a satisfying resolution.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of home improvement products.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions, tracking inquiries and resolutions within the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products, tools, and trends in the home improvement industry to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English are essential for this role.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in retail or home improvement sectors.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
