Job Opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is excited to present an excellent opportunity for an Italian speaking customer service representative in the home improvement and DIY tools department. In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping customers with inquiries related to a wide range of home improvement products and tools. Your role is vital in ensuring that customers receive the best assistance, allowing them to make informed decisions and successfully complete their projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with fluency in Italian. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or the home improvement sector, is highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions for customer inquiries are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries related to home improvement and DIY tools.
  • Assist customers with product selection, usage guidance, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments to escalate technical issues and ensure seamless resolution for customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, trends, and promotions in the home improvement and DIY sector.
  • Engage with customers proactively, following up on inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or the home improvement sector, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers professionally.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills for keeping thorough documentation of customer interactions.
  • A genuine interest in home improvement and DIY tools will be beneficial for this role.
