Italian Speaking Support Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking an experienced and Italian-speaking customer support professional to join our Home Entertainment Systems Department.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding home entertainment systems.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and installation support, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints, providing a positive outcome.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective solutions and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with proficiency in additional languages advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the home entertainment or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • A genuine interest in home entertainment systems and technology.
